is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers
and Valuers (IPAV) and a Qualified Financial Advisor
and has many years experience in the fields of property
and finance.

Denis O'Brien, Director
Denis has a wealth of over 15 years experience in the banking and financial services sectors and is formerly of ACC Bank, Carlow and is a commercial finance specialist. Denis is a Bachelor of Business & Finance, a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers of Ireland (Assoc. IAVI).

Paul McCormack, Director
Paul is Sales Director of the McCormack Group. Paul is a member of the Institute of Auctioneers and Valuers of Ireland (IAVI) and is a Bachelor of Science of Property Studies, holds a Degree in Business & Legal Studies and a Diploma in Mortgages. He is also a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA). Prior to joining the McCormack Group in 1999, Paul was a Commercial Lending Officer in AIB's head office.
Gillian has a BA in Applied Languages German/French from Dublin City University. She has many years experience in office management and customer service. Gillian is currently taking her Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) Diploma Exams with LIA and will complete them in 2009.
